SHIPPING POLICY
*UPDATE*
Unfortunately due to the new General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) which come into effect on 13th December 2024, we are now unable to ship to countries in the EU, EEA or Northern Ireland.

We are a small business based in the UK and ship our products worldwide.
​
We ship our orders every Friday, using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service for UK delivery or Tracked International for worldwide orders. Once you order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information.

We carefully wrap our products, where possible, in eco-friendly biodegradable wrappings, which can be reused or recycled.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be very happy with your products that you purchase from us.

However, if you are unhappy with your products or it arrives damaged, then please contact us by email within 48 hours to advise us, along with images to show the problem. hello@knottyknotty.co.uk

Returns are not normally accepted, and any products returned are sent at the cost of the customer.

Please be aware that we aim for excellent customer satisfaction and service. We will try to work with you to resolve any problems that arise after receiving an order.
CANCELLATION
If you change your mind after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email to request a cancellation. If you order has not been processed or dispatched, then we would be able to cancel your order. However, if your order is already processed or dispatched then cancellation at this time is not possible.
